Vacation Bible School at Church of the Word
This Year: Joseph!
Church of the Word’s 2023 VBS is just around the corner! Join us this year July 18th-22nd for the story of JOSEPH!
Dates/Times:
- Tuesday July 18 – 6pm-8:30pm
- Wednesday July 19 – 6pm-8:30pm
- Thursday July 20 – 6pm-8:30pm
- Friday July 21- 6pm-8:30pm
- Saturday July 22 – 3pm-5:30pm
The account of Joseph has so much for us to learn, with strong themes of God’s wisdom and faithfulness to His people. VBS is a time to dive deeper into God’s Word through strong lessons, personal small group time, and live & interactive demonstrations of the story.
Here at VBS, kids will also get to make fun crafts, play fast-paced games, enjoy delicious & creative snacks, and participate in group lessons with their teams!
On the last day of VBS, we will have a barbecue & water games, which will be open to the whole community.
COTW is family-integrated, and we like to include everyone in Vacation Bible School. Parents are encouraged to follow along with their children’s team, or to sit at the Parent Station while enjoying refreshments & fellowship!

At COTW, we write our VBS curriculum to dig deep into God’s Word. We want kids to have fun, make great memories, and take to heart the lessons to be learned from God’s Word.
At VBS, kids can expect to participate in fun crafts, delicious snacks, energetic games, interactive biblical accounts, and lessons that help kids truly understand the scripture that they’re studying together.
Through each biblical account, there is more to learn about God, His Word, and His people!
